Privacy

All information collected by Fabric Finders, Inc. is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our establishment.

Sales

Fabric Finders, Inc. is a wholesale fabric distributor. We do not retail our fabrics to individuals. If you are an individual looking to purchase our fine fabrics, please check our list of Retail Shops for a fabric store near you.

If you are a retailer or manufacturer interested in carrying or purchasing our fabrics, you may access information on the Wholesale page on how to apply for an account. Current retail account holders must log in to your Account to view fabric pricing and place orders. If you are a current wholesale account and have lost or forgotten your password please use the 'forgot password' link on the login page. If you have difficulty logging in to our new shopping cart system you may e-mail webmaster@fabricfindersinc.com.

All our fabrics are sold in whole bolts only. Average bolt sizes run 14 to 18 yards each. There is a 1 bolt minimum requirement for all orders. When ordering fabric, the shopping cart will charge you for 16 yard bolts. We will adjust your invoice accordingly for bolts that contain more or less yardage. The invoice total shown in your cart when checking out does NOT include shipping. All fabrics are shipped according to weight. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice total.

Swatches

We will be happy to send you sample swatches of our fabrics at no charge, but please limit your request to no more than 30 samples. You may E-mail your request. Please list requested fabric swatches by name and number (example: twill #489). Please include your name, business name, and mailing address including zip code.

Shipping

Our fabrics are shipped D/R, but are available ROT if requested. Our fabrics are shipped according to weight. Once the fabrics are shipped, your shipping cost will be added to your invoice total. Shipping costs are not shown in your order total when checking out.

Payment

First orders for new accounts are payable by credit card or COD paid with a money order or certified check at the time of delivery. Retailers and manufacturers can apply for terms with a credit application. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. All checks are deposited upon receipt. We can not hold checks or accept post dated checks.

Returns

Fabrics are non-returnable. Although we check our fabrics carefully, if you receive a bolt of fabric that is flawed or has been damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at 256-767-7615.
