Wholesale Buyer's Qualifying Form

Fabric Finders Inc. is a wholesale fabric company. We sell to qualified retail shops, interior design firms and clothing manufacturers. Our fabrics are available to consumers through shops that have been approved as qualified retail stores. Shop owners/buyers must complete the Wholesale Buyer's Qualifying Form before access to the online wholesale catalog is granted. Your application will be reviewed upon submission. Once approved we will notify you with your user id and password. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

If you have problems accessing or submitting your information via our online form below you may print the Wholesale Application Form and mail it to us. Once your form is received and processed we will e-mail you.

Information supplied will only be used by Fabric Finders inc. to determine the qualification of buyers. The information will remain strictly confidential and will not be given, sold, or loaned to any other individual, business, or organization. All information is sent through a secure server for your protection.
